Exciting News for BAIS!

Dear Bentley Community,

Several weeks ago, our Family Engagement Facilitator, Vanessa Fagundes, took a position in the district. I worked with our new Family Engagement Manager, Laura Assade, to hire a new person to fill this vital role.

Our new Family Engagement Facilitator is highly qualified for this role. She has lived in Salem for many years, arriving as an immigrant from the Dominican Republic in elementary school. The most special thing about our new Family Engagement Facilitator is that YOU ALREADY KNOW HER! Please congratulate Maria Sena-Rosales on this new role at Bentley! She will be transitioning from her current position over the next few weeks.

This is amazing news for our students, families, and staff. Ms. Sena Rosales has been dedicated to working alongside families for the past 6 years, since 2015, here at Bentley. Our Student Support Team is very excited to work with her in this new role. Keep on the lookout for more information about some of her exciting ideas for increasing family engagement and building a strong connection between home and school.
